"Diane Keaton is in good health and spirits following a fall on set of 'Morning Glory' where she bumped her head. The actress was taken to a hospital for precautionary tests and has been cleared by doctors to return to work tomorrow," a statement from Paramount Studios reads, after the actress hurt herself while filming a sumo wrestling scene.

'Dancing With The Stars' judge Len Goodman has been released from the hospital following surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in his prostate gland, UK's Daily Mail reports. Goodman admits he didn't tell the show's producers or his colleagues he'd been diagnosed with cancer because "it's not necessary to blabber it out to everyone," he said.

A source for 'Access Hollywood' says that Fawcett, who has been battling a recurrence of anal cancer, is "not doing well," but is expected to leave the hospital today nonetheless.

Bret Michaels' pretty face is sporting a few ugly gashes and a little swelling after a run-in with a descending set piece at this year's Tony Awards. The former lead singer of Poison and star of 'Rock of Love with Bret Michaels' completed a performance at Sunday night's ceremony, walked off the stage, and was struck in the head with the half-ton stage prop. Michaels posted images of his injuries on his official website, along with a statement by his representative reading, "The severity of this injury is not being taken lightly as symptoms from head and neck injuries at first may seem like nothing and sometimes do not present for days. At this time the full extent of his injuries remains to be seen until all x-rays are back."

British actor and comedian John Cleese of 'Fawlty Towers' and 'Monty Python' fame underwent surgery on his left eye Wednesday, and revealed a bedside photograph to fans via his Twitter account.
Cleese's longtime friend Garry Scott-Irvine took the photo and posted it on Cleese's account, assuring fans of a healthy recovery. He also posted a message saying "He didn't want to alarm you by saying that he was having an eye op yesterday... anyway, he's alive!!"
