Too Much Detail in Jackson Coverage?

After the sudden passing of Michael Jackson, the Internet exploded with 24/7 coverage of every aspect of the pop star's life and death. Entertainment media followed every possible angle of Michael Jackson's story - but has the coverage delved too deep? Some say yes. British tabloid OK! chose to run a cover photo of Michael Jackson that showed the King of Pop either already dead or dying. According to Gawker, even the magazine's staff balked at the choice. Now the Pew Research Center has published data saying that almost 2/3 of Americans think there was just plain too much coverage of Jackson's death, which or without macabre photographs.

Speaking out in the ever-changing custody case surrounding Michael Jackson's children, mother Debbie Rowe is declaring that she is out for her kids. "I want my children," Rowe tells NBCLA reporter Chuck Henry, adding that she'd be willing to undergo any test necessary -- including DNA and psychological -- to win custody of the late King of Pop's three children.
