Ana Ortiz and her husband, musician Noah Lebenzon welcomed their first child, a daughter named Paloma Louise, over the weekend. "She is elated and completely glowing. She is surrounded by her friends and family and so happy to be a mom. She is just really enjoying the moment. The baby is absolutely beautiful," a rep for the 'Ugly Betty' star tells PEOPLE.
